Dosing and Administration Instructions

Each 25g syringe treats up to 1,100 lbs at the standard dose.

• Active Ingredient: Fenbendazole 10% (100 mg/g)
• Standard Dose: Administer 2.3 mg of fenbendazole per pound of body weight.
• For the Mare (approx. 1,100 lbs): Administer the entire contents of one 25g syringe orally shortly after foaling (within 1-2 days).
• For the Foal: Begin deworming at approximately 6-8 weeks of age. A foal’s dose is based strictly on its weight.
  • Example for a 250-lb Foal: Set the locking ring on the plunger to the 250 lb mark and administer that amount. The second syringe provides plenty of paste for the foal’s first few dewormings as it grows.
